Clear Commercial Terms & Freedom of Choice

The agreed sourcing fee is earned for the contracted research and qualification deliverables, regardless of whether you ultimately purchase directly from the identified supplier or choose to engage Mekong Origin for export execution.

Scope Notice: Laboratory testing fees, physical on-site travel expenses outside Ho Chi Minh City, courier airfreight for sample delivery, and independent third-party survey inspections are quoted separately unless specifically included in your project scope.

We conduct independent supplier research, perform in-person packing house and farm audits, benchmark direct factory-gate pricing, and coordinate lab testing for a transparent, agreed project fee. You negotiate and contract directly with the qualified suppliers, or we can oversee export fulfillment.
We source fresh, frozen, and dehydrated Vietnamese agricultural staples including: Fresh Bird's Eye Chili (Chili Chỉ Thiên), Fresh Ginger (old and young roots), Garlic (Ly Son and commercial purple garlic), Shallots, Sweet Potatoes (Japanese purple and yellow varieties), Lemongrass stalks and slices, Fresh Lime (seedless Persian lime), Cassava root, and Black/White Pepper.
The qualification dossier includes: complete legal verification of the supplier (business license, export tax code), on-site facility audit photos and inspection checklist, packing capacity and seasonal harvest availability, third-party lab MRL pesticide residue and heavy metal test certificates, comparative FOB price benchmarking across at least 3 qualified processors, and coordinated commercial sample kits.
A standard sourcing and qualification project is completed within 10 to 15 business days following scope finalization. Evaluation samples are dispatched via DHL/FedEx to your corporate office within 5 to 7 days of collection.
